You'll need
- One sachet of Kinn
- A splash of cold water
- Four or five basil leaves
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
Serve it in a coupe or a wine glass.
How to make it

Bruise the basil
Press the leaves in your palm until you can smell them.
Step 2
Dissolve the sachet
A splash of cold water, stir until it’s gone.
Step 3
Add ice, top with soda
Fill the glass with ice first.

Float the leaves on top
Lay them flat on the surface.
