You'll need
- One sachet of Kinn
- A splash of cold water
- A slice of pink grapefruit
- Soda water
- One large ice cube
Serve it in a short tumbler or a rocks glass.
How to make it
Four steps.
All made in the glass you drink from.
Step 1
Squeeze the grapefruit
Squeeze the slice over the glass and keep it for the end.
Step 2
Dissolve the sachet
A splash of cold water, stir until it’s gone.
Step 3
Add the ice, top with soda
One large cube melts slowest.
Step 4
Stand the slice in it
Wedge it upright against the ice.
