You'll need
- One sachet of Kinn
- A splash of cold water
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
- A lemon wheel
Serve it in a tall highball or any tall glass.
How to make it

Step 1
Dissolve the sachet
A splash of cold water in the glass, then the sachet. Stir until it’s gone.
Step 2
Fill the glass with ice
Right to the top. Too little ice is the most common mistake.
Step 3
Top with soda
Pour slowly, then one gentle turn with a spoon.
Step 4
Add a lemon wheel
Slide it down the inside of the glass, against the ice.
